1. Call for solutions

One call for application per cohort is held. We encourage you to submit your application as soon as possible rather than waiting for the deadline to give the jury enough time to assess your application.

The program targets innovative solutions addressing the key strategic challenges identified by Saudi ConTech for the 2026 cycle:

3. Environment & Sustainability
4. Circular Economy & Low-Carbon Materials
5. Digitalization
6. Artificial Intelligence
7. Robotics & Autonomy
8. Contract & Legal

Applications will be assessed according to the following criteria:

• Business potential and alignment with Saudi Arabia’s construction and smart cities ecosystem
• Experience and credibility of the founding team
• Track record of clients, projects, and use cases
• Clarity and overall quality of the application

Saudi ConTech Accelerator is built around 4 fundamental values:

Applications must be submitted online following the instructions provided on the program website. The form may be accompanied by optional attachments (including videos or documents demonstrating the relevance of the solution).

We encourage you to provide information likely to highlight the benefits of your innovation, without sharing confidential information that you would not wish to distribute to all the partners of this program. The application files will be shared with the expert representatives of the partners.

We use your data to contact you and put you in contact with companies with which synergies are likely to happen. By submitting your application, you agree that your information will be used exclusively in the context of calls for solutions and possible follow-up (evaluation & selection) as well as the ethical and personalized commercial relationship that could result from it. 2. Selection of finalists and winners

Startups that best address the partners’ challenges (“finalists”) will be pre-selected and invited to pitch in front of a jury composed of local industry experts and ecosystem partners familiar with the Saudi market. Startups must provide their presentation materials ahead of time for review and may be invited to a rehearsal session.

During the pitch day, the jury evaluates the relevance, potential impact, and alignment of each solution based on the criteria listed above. External experts may contribute to the evaluation as needed.

The startups receiving the highest scores will be designated as “winners.” They will be notified within 15 days of the jury’s decision. Winners must confirm their participation within 7 days. Startups joining the program will benefit from access to expertise, mentorship, visibility, and engagement opportunities throughout the program. Winners may be publicly announced on Saudi ConTech communication channels and the program website.

3. Potential experiments with partners

The purpose of the program is to identify and support innovative solutions suitable for deployment on construction and infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia.

Selection as a “winner” does not guarantee a commercial agreement or the launch of a pilot until terms and conditions have been defined and mutually agreed upon with the relevant contractor or project owner.

Both partners and non-selected applicants may be contacted independently by Saudi ConTech, Impulse Partners, or participating organizations for commercial or non-commercial discussions.

4. Demo Day

At the end of each cohort, selected startups may participate in a Demo Day where they will present the outcomes of their pilot experiments (if applicable), share relevant insights, and engage with investors and ecosystem partners.

5. Operating rights and intellectual property

All intellectual property rights remain fully owned by the startups participating in the program.

Saudi ConTech and its partners may terminate collaboration with startups that do not comply with this condition or with the rules of the program.

6. Liability

Saudi ConTech and its partners cannot be held responsible for any modification, suspension, interruption, postponement, or cancellation of the program due to circumstances beyond their control. In such cases, Saudi ConTech will inform all applicants and selected startups as soon as possible.

7. Equity

During the selection process, startups invited to pitch or attend in-person events in Saudi Arabia may receive partial compensation for travel expenses according to predefined conditions that will be communicated in advance.

If a startup enters the pilot phase, the contractor or project owner will support the cost of the pilot, and financial arrangements will be discussed on a case-by-case basis to ensure mutually acceptable terms for all parties.

Saudi ConTech and its partners do not automatically request equity. Any equity-related discussions would occur separately and only if both parties identify a clear strategic fit.
